Dear Members,
You were duly informed in AGM held on 26-05-2013 about the next date of
hearing on 9th July, 2013; Hon’ble judges after hearing the Counsels
at length, asked Counsels and parties to sit together and arrive at a consensus / common points and submit the
same latest by 11-07-2013 in order to
resolve the dispute once for all for the benefit of all of us..
Immediately our Sr. Counsel held a
conference attended by three of us with our AOR, highlighted broad points of
likely consensus. This was deliberated, revised and redesigned amongst counsels
of parties. Finally, the Memo of consensus / common points was
arrived at and submitted to the Hon’ble Judges for requisite directions to the
Director General Town and Country Planning, Haryana for implementation and ask
for report..
The Hon’ble Supreme Court
issued the directions accordingly to the DGT&CP on 17.07.2013 and
pronounced the same on 18.07.2013. The
details of the same may also be seen on the Supreme Court website.
The DT&TPC has to submit
his report on next hearing i.e. 10th Sept. 2013.
